This Margherita pizza toast may be my favorite way to have toast of all time🥰 I think it tastes like a deep-dish Chicago pizza & my brother agreed when I made some for him! For us Chicagoans, it doesn’t really get better than that🤪

✨Ingredients
2 slices of toast
olive oil
tomato paste
vegan mozzarella
tomato slices
basil leaves
vegan parmesan
optional: chili flakes and oregano to top

- Drizzle olive oil on both sides of the slice of toast.
- Then cook it in a pan over medium heat on both sides, until each side becomes golden brown.
- Spread tomato paste generously over each slice of toast.
- Then top the toast slices with vegan mozzarella, tomato slices, and basil leaves. Grate vegan parmesan and drizzle with olive oil.
- Air fry the pizza toasts for 5 minutes at 400*F or bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 400*F.
- Top with chilly flakes and oregano, slice, and enjoy!☺️
