Cheesy naan bread

3 ingredient cheesey naan bread 💛 no yeast, no fancy bread mixers, only 3 ingredients, macro friendly and so easy to make!

Ingredients:
150g self raising flour (or gluten free)
125g Greek yoghurt
60-75g light cheese / mozzarella
Pinch of salt

Method:
1. Mix yoghurt, flour & salt together in a bowl until combined. Transfer dough onto a floured surface and knead until smooth.
2. Divide the dough into 4-5 balls and roll/press out into a circle, making a well in the center.
3. Add the cheese and tuck the edges in to seal. Roll out again as thin as you can using a rolling pin.
4. Place in a non-stick pan (can dry fry or lightly spray with oil) over a high heat and cook until browned on both sides.
5. Sprinkle with coriander or parsley & serve warm with your favorite curry!
