I had this bowl for dinner the other night and it was SO good 🥰
Crispy air fried salmon (yum), crunchy chickpeas (yum), garlic sautéed zucchini (yum), the fluffiest jasmine rice (yum), red onion, feta and the BEST cilantro dressing… YUM!!!

Steps:
1) Prepare jasmine rice according to the package - I did stove top rice so I boiled water and then added my rice and let it simmer for 15ish minutes! You can do microwaveable rice, too.
2) To make crunchy chickpeas, all I do is rinse and drain a can of chickpeas then spray with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, onion salt, and paprika! I roasted them at 425F for like 20-25ish minutes.
3) To make crispy salmon, I rinsed my salmon filet before removing the skin/slicing it into cubes and then seasoning with garlic powder, sea salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper and chili powder seasoning!! I air fried it at 425 for 10ish minutes and it was *perf*
4) For the zucchini, I cut a whole zucchini up into 4ths and then sautéed it in garlic and garlic salt.
