Makes 2 bowls, higher protein
Ingredients:•20-30ml maple syrup
•60g yoghurt (i use vanilla Yo Pro)
•2tsp chia seeds
•80g oats
•200-240ml unsweetened almond milk
•30g cookies and cream or vanilla protein
•optional to add a banana or crushed oreos
Topping:
•30g Oreo Dream or white chocolate
•40g coconut yoghurt or see notes for Yo Pro

Method:
In a large bowl, mix maple syrup, yoghurt and milk. Once combined add in oats, protein & chia seeds. Let this sit and thicken for a few mins in the fridge then adjust milk and divide between 2 jars/ cups or small bowls. If desired you can also add in a mashed banana or some crushed Oreo
For the topping, melt your choc and coconut yoghurt in the microwave for 30 seconds , let it sit for 30 seconds and then stir.
If using more yo pro/ normal yoghurt, melt the chocolate first, mix in 1-2 tsp of milk then add in your yoghurt and stir to combine.
When using coconut yoghurt you can add it in the microwave with the chocolate and creates a smooth topping.
Spread the topping over the oats and place in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
