Panera mac and cheese

My childhood but make it protein 💅 [~345 cals 35g protein]

Panera mac and cheese is literally my childhood. Eating this took me back and brought back so many mems but I also have the protein and macros to fuel the gains now too 💪🏼❤️‍🔥

This was my meal prep this week and had the best lunch I’ve had in a hot sec today 😍

Recipe:
✰ 1 box chickpea pasta
✰ ½ cup nonfat cottage cheese
✰ ⅓ cup low fat cream cheese
✰ 3/4 skim milk
✰ 1 1/2cup fat free mozzarella
✰ spices (I did onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper)
✰ optional breadcrumbs for topping
1. Boil water and cook pasta until al dente.
2. Blend cottage cheese, cream cheese and milk then add on pan under med heat.
3. Add in 1/2 of cheese until melted and mix in spices.
4. Add in pasta then the additional cheese.
5. Enjoy! (This is fire topped with breadcrumbs)
