SPICY TUNA BOWL


This SPICY TUNA BOWL is one of my favorite post workout snacks because it has over 50g of protein and comes together in less than 10 minutes! 🍣🍚🙌


What you need:
- 1 tbsp plain greek yogurt (can also use mayo)
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sriracha
- 1 can of tuna

Mix together the greek yogurt, soy sauce, rice vinegar and sriracha in a bowl. Add drained tuna and stir well.

Serve over rice with sliced cucumber, shaved carrot and green onions! I like adding edamame for an extra boost of protein! 😋

Top with sesame seeds and serve with soy sauce & extra sriracha. Enjoy!!
