SPICY TUNA BOWL


This SPICY TUNA BOWL is one of my favorite post workout snacks because it has over 50g of protein and comes together in less than 10 minutes! πŸ£πŸšπŸ™Œ


What you need:
- 1 tbsp plain greek yogurt (can also use mayo)
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sriracha
- 1 can of tuna

Mix together the greek yogurt, soy sauce, rice vinegar and sriracha in a bowl. Add drained tuna and stir well.

Serve over rice with sliced cucumber, shaved carrot and green onions! I like adding edamame for an extra boost of protein! πŸ˜‹

Top with sesame seeds and serve with soy sauce & extra sriracha. Enjoy!!
