Teriyaki salmon bowl

2 small salmon filets
1/2 avocado
edamame

sushi rice -⁣
1 cup jasmine rice⁣
3 Tbsp rice vinegar⁣
1/2 tsp salt⁣
1 tsp brown sugar⁣

teriyaki sauce -⁣
2 tsp soy sauce or coconut aminos⁣
1 Tbsp honey⁣
1 teaspoon sesame oil⁣
1/2 tsp grated garlic⁣
1/2 tsp grated ginger⁣
1 Tbsp Sriracha⁣

cook rice per package instructions. on the side, mix together rice vinegar, salt, and brown sugar - once rice is done, add mixture to the rice and stir.⁣

mix together ingredients for teriyaki sauce and set aside. cut salmon into 1/2 inch cubes. in a pan, on medium heat, add oil to a pan and add salmon to the pan. cook until browned on each side. add sauce to the pan and mix well.⁣

assemble bowl with rice, salmon, edamame, avocado and anything else you want! garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
