Greek Salad
Ingredients (serves 1):
- 1 chicken breast marinated in medium spices mix
- handful of gen lettuce
- chopped cucumber
- 20g if crumbled/ chopped feta
- handful of chopped tomatoes
- 1/3 red onion, sliced (TIP: soak in water to make them less powerful- it helps with the onion breath element)
- toasted flat bread (optional)
1. The method is similar cook the chicken in a bag with the slice mix for 30-35 minutes. Meanwhile prep the salad.
2. Once everything is prepared toss together the chopped ingredients with all the juices from the chicken too!
