Greek Salad




Ingredients (serves 1):

  • 1 chicken breast marinated in medium spices mix
  • handful of gen lettuce
  • chopped cucumber
  • 20g if crumbled/ chopped feta
  • handful of chopped tomatoes
  • 1/3 red onion, sliced (TIP: soak in water to make them less powerful- it helps with the onion breath element)
  • toasted flat bread (optional)


Instructions:
1. The method is similar cook the chicken in a bag with the slice mix for 30-35 minutes. Meanwhile prep the salad.
2. Once everything is prepared toss together the chopped ingredients with all the juices from the chicken too!
