Big Mac salad πŸ₯— πŸ”


 We ran out of burger buns so I made a bunless version of my viral Big Mac fakeaway & it was sooo good 🀀 If you’re looking for a lighter meal, that’s high protein and packed full of flavour, this is it!

Ingredients:
150g extra lean beef mince
1-2 x slices cheese
1 cup lettuce
1/4 onion
1 tomato
1-2 tbs pickles
1/2 tsp sesame seeds, optional

Sauce:
20g mayo
5g ketchup / tomato sauce
5g mustard
5g pickles, finely diced
5ml pickle juice
Pinch of salt, garlic powder & paprika

Method:
1. Season the beef mince with salt and pepper & cook in a non stick fry pan until golden brown. Once cooked, place cheese on top and cook for another minute until melted.
2. Meanwhile, mix sauce ingredients together in a bowl and set aside.
3. Finely chop the vegetables and place in a bowl. Top with beef/cheese, sesame seeds and burger sauce.
