Chocolate peanut butter ice cream

to a blender add the following:
- 1 large frozen banana, cut into coins/thick circles
- 1 heaping tbsp of creamy peanut butter (i use salted)
- 1 handful of ice
- 2 tbsp yogurt of choice (vegan greek yogurt is best here, or coconut yogurt works too! anything thick)
- 2 tbsp cacao powder (can use cocoa powder)
- 1 serving chocolate protein powder of choice
- 1 tbsp maca powder
- 1 tbsp ground flax
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- liquid of choice (i use oat milk and only enough to cover all of the ingredients at the base of the blender. you want to use the least amount of liquid possible to keep this thick, so you’ll have to eye ball and keep adding in increments as the blending goes on)

blend until thick and creamy, then pour out the smoothie mix into a bowl and add toppings! i used chocolate granola, peanut butter, chocolate chips, and hemp hearts.
