PB + J Smoothie


Starting off our week of breakfast with the breakfast I make most mornings! It’s simple, super quick and keeps me satisfied :) I’m obsessed with it and I hope you guys give it a try. Here’s the recipe!

Ingredients
-1 frozen banana
-1 cup frozen blueberries
-2 tbsp peanut butter
-1 scoop protein powder
-1 cup plant milk

Optional:
-spinach (I usually add this but ran out πŸ₯²)
-chia seeds
-flax seeds
-hemp seeds

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
